The details: Truck driver Brian J. Paul had to brake hard when a car ahead of him stopped suddenly. The abrupt stop caused parts of his load to spill across Route 61.

The spill created a foul smell and took several hours to clean up.
Paul cited the spill as a result of the load being "too sloppy."
