New TA Truck Stop Opens in Phoenix with 70 Parking Spaces

A new truck stop has been opened by TravelCenters of America (TA) in Phoenix, Arizona, offering a welcome rest space for truckers with 70 new truck parking spaces.

The details: Situated off I-10 at Exit 137, the truck stop — previously known as Danny’s Big Rig Resort — is set to provide an array of amenities tailored for truck drivers. These include a dining option at The Diner, a 24/7 service center with four bays, emergency roadside assistance, mobile maintenance services, and a truck wash.

More amenities: With comfort in mind, the location also boasts six private showers, a lounge for professional drivers, laundry facilities, and a scale. Although diesel fuel won't be available until late 2024, the other services are set to cater to the immediate needs of truckers passing through or staying in Phoenix.
