Body cam released by Arizona deputies shows a trucker getting arrested after deputies discovered about 13 pounds of cocaine hidden inside his cab.
The stop: On June 12, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a commercial flatbed truck on I-17, just south of Cordes Lakes, Arizona.
- During the inspection, deputies say they found several packages of white powder inside the cab.
- The powder tested positive as cocaine, with an estimated weight of 13 pounds.
Who was involved: Authorities said the truck driver is Carlos Gomez, age 33, from New Mexico. He was taken into custody and faces drug charges.
