On September 18, the Wabaunsee County Sheriff's Office in Alma, Kansas, gave a shoutout to a trucker who was caught working out in a parking lot.

Spotlight on: Kenneth Moore, a Texas-based trucker and Gulf War veteran, was seen using free weights and running laps around his truck.

The Sheriff's Office posted about Moore on social media, calling him an "awesome American" and sharing their admiration for his dedication to staying fit on the road.
The post quickly gained traction, receiving 1.2K likes and numerous supportive comments.

What they said: "Halfway through my burrito, this dude then PULLS OUT FREE WEIGHTS FROM HIS TRUCK & STARTS PUMPING IRON!!!" the WCSO post read. The Sheriff's Office was inspired by Moore's commitment and his positive impact on those around him.

Moore, who has been a commercial driver for over 30 years, was praised for his determination to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite the challenges of being on the road.
