Truck driver and dog rescued from icy ditch in Colorado

A truck driver and his dog were safely rescued on Tuesday after their vehicle veered off Highway 14 near Sterling, Colorado, landing in an icy irrigation ditch.

The details: The empty cattle trailer went off the road amid cold conditions, submerging the cab in frigid water.
