Winter storms prompt truck restrictions in New York and Pennsylvania

  • US 219 from I-90 to I-86.

  • I-90 from I-190 to the PA line.

In Pennsylvania, a Tier 3 vehicle restriction is active, allowing only commercial motor vehicles with chains on board, along with a 45 MPH speed limit applied on certain interstates, reported 511NY.
