Wrong-way car crash with semi truck shuts down Route 1

An 81-year-old woman died after driving the wrong way on Route 1 in Morrisville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

The details: Police say the woman was heading north in the southbound lanes around 1:15 p.m. Her car hit a semi truck near the Pennsylvania Avenue exit.
